Even tho my other friends never had a late fee….. then asked to move stuff out of container I arranged a van hire for the Friday. The lady Aimee from front desk was on a day off. Even tho all planned. I was never told this. ”

Aimee couldn’t have been more helpful; She quickly amended my move in date at very short notice, replied to all of my queries promptly (even out of hours, sorry for mentioning that!) and just all round great customer service.
